• Reintegrate into a Global Energy-to-Food Trading by combining existing business assets into a new value chain ranging from oil & gas feedstock to final consumers of agri-products;
• Leverage the vibrant growth potential of the regional commodities trading between the MENA / SE Europe and Black Sea to create a value added trading flows;
• Benefit from opening new opportunities for geographic diversification of operations and access to energy & grains feedstock by entering into a long term off-takes to offset volatility and ensure strategic supply sourcing and procurement;
• Supplement trading platform with minority stakes in production and distribution assets to create synergies, de-risk operations, optimize logistics and improve its brand (on case-by-case basis);
• Become a leading European based trading platform, which will trade c. 20 mln MTPA of products by 2025 and exit through a stock-listing or a merger with a global strategic trading partner;
